Include a short description, app version, device type and steps to reproduce. For generation or purchase issues, add an operation or transaction ID if available. Include a screenshot only when needed, removing unrelated personal information.
3. Do not send
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card details or body photos for ordinary support. We will request further information only if needed to address the issue.
4. Privacy and deletion
Visit Delete account to request deletion without the app. You may also request access, correction or a copy of information.
