MakeMeHot is operated by O2matix. This policy covers the application and this website. Contact makemehot.app@gmail.com about personal information. The service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.
2. Information you provide
Account and sign-in details, display name, email, preferences and language; optional profile information such as age, height, weight and goals; food, water, workout, step, reminder and supplement logs; mindset sessions; photos, wardrobe items, looks, ratings, text and AI requests. The information depends on the features you use.
3. How we use information
To deliver requested features, calculate summaries and estimates, personalize recommendations, retain history, synchronize your account, handle support and purchases, secure the service and prevent abuse. Nutrition, calorie, body and style results are estimates, not medical diagnoses.
4. Photos and AI processing
AI features send the relevant photos, text and profile context to the processing provider. Examples include meal photos for food analysis, a body photo for a selected analysis, or your reference photo and garments for a try-on. Depending on the feature and configuration, AI and voice providers may include OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic, AtlasCloud, fal.ai, Cartesia, ElevenLabs and Inworld. A model name does not necessarily identify the company receiving data. Contact us for clarification about the provider for a particular operation.
5. Reference photos and results
Your reference-photo retention choice controls saving it for later use; it does not necessarily remove saved looks or wardrobe items. The primary reference photo may undergo an automated safety check through OpenAI. Remove saved content using available app controls or request deletion. External processing is also subject to the provider’s policies and agreements; we do not promise zero retention or no model training across every provider without verifying the applicable arrangement.
6. Health data and device permissions
With permission, Health Connect or Apple Health is used to read steps. Calorie burn estimated from steps is not a direct calorie measurement. Synchronized readings may be stored in your cloud account. Camera and photo access supports images you select; notifications support reminders. Revoke permissions in device settings. Revoking access does not delete data already saved.
7. Storage and service providers
Supabase provides authentication, database and file storage. Hostinger hosts this website. AI and voice providers process requests according to the selected feature. RevenueCat and Apple/Google stores handle purchases and transaction status where purchases are available. Do not send us card numbers; payment details are entered through the store.
8. Technical information
The service and its infrastructure may process IP addresses, device type, app version, request details and errors for operation and security. The app includes limited error reporting; builds with Sentry enabled may also send crash and diagnostic data to Sentry. We have not added advertising or analytics tools to this website; the hosting infrastructure may retain access logs.
9. Retention and deletion
Account content is retained to provide the service until content or account deletion, subject to operational or legal needs. Account deletion removes product data and associated files from our systems. The current system retains a coin-balance record linked to a hash of the email address to preserve balances and prevent repeated misuse of introductory credits. Hashing does not guarantee anonymity. Transaction, security, support and backup records may remain as needed for their purpose or legal obligations. Contact support for details or additional deletion requests. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup or external provider.
10. Your choices and rights
You can update account information, change permissions and photo preferences, remove items and delete your account. Contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of information, or ask about its use. Reasonable verification of account ownership is required before disclosure or deletion. Applicable rights and exceptions depend on relevant law.
11. International processing and security
Infrastructure and processing providers may operate outside your country. We use HTTPS and access controls, but no system guarantees complete protection. Do not upload unnecessary information, others’ photos without permission, or medical information you do not wish to submit for processing.
12. Changes and contact
