1. Delete inside the app
Open account settings, choose Delete account and confirm. Reset data is a different action and leaves your account active.
2. Request deletion without the app
Email makemehot.app@gmail.com with the subject “MakeMeHot — Account deletion request”. Preferably send from the account email and specify whether you want the entire account or particular information deleted. Do not send passwords, verification codes or identity documents in your initial message. We verify ownership before acting.
3. What is deleted and what may remain
Deletion covers the profile, logs, plans, wardrobe, looks and associated files in our systems. Exceptions are described in the privacy policy, including an email-hash/coin-balance record and information needed for transactions, security or legal obligations. You may ask about these exceptions or request additional erasure; we will explain what can be removed and what must be retained.
4. Before you confirm
Deletion cannot be undone through the app. Save information you wish to keep first. External requests are processed after ownership verification; we will update you about completion or applicable limitations. Deletion does not automatically cancel store payments or subscriptions.
